Rainey Petrie Architecture

Rainey Petrie Architecture is a multi-disciplined architectural consultancy practice comprising Chartered Architects and Quantity Surveyors. We can provide individual services and also fill the gaps between traditional building services to give a seamless comprehensive service which can think outside the box.

The company originally started as the multi-disciplined partnership of Rainey Petrie Design in 1990, and grew through the 1990s with the inclusion of Graham Johns Associates in 1995 to form the company Rainey Petrie Johns Ltd. As well as continuing its design emphasis it also developed as a specialist building Technical Consultancy to respond to the rapid growth in differing ways of procurement and the constant shift of the legislative framework, particularly in the public sector in provision of schools, courts and other public buildings. On the retirement of Graham Johns the practice operated as RP Design Consultants Ltd.

The practice now operates as Rainey Petrie Architecture Ltd forming part of a larger multi-disciplined grouping with its sister company Christopher Scott Ltd, Chartered Surveyors, Town Planners and Development Consultants. This association commenced in July 2008 with the ability to provide clients with wider multi-disciplined services, delivered with innovation, vision, excellence and value for money at its core.
